Can I order over Whatsapp?

What is the dollar rate that you use?

We use the daily market rate.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay online or  cash on delivery. For online payments, we accept all foreign cards – Maestro, Visa, American Express, Mastercard. You can also pay through PayPal. For cash on delivery, you can pay in USD or LBP (at the day’s market rate).

How can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping & Returns

When will my order arrive?

If all items are available, your order will arrive on the same day. We try our best to keep our website up to date with availability so usually this is the case!

Where do you deliver to in Lebanon?

Beirut and suburbs.

Where do you deliver internationally?

We’re working hard to make international delivery available, at the moment we don’t offer this.

How can I return an item?

We follow a 5 days return policy. If 5 days have gone by since you have received the package , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received.  It must also be in the original packaging.  Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. 

To apply for a return please send us an email at shop@givemeapawlb.org with your order number and related product details or reach out to the customer support team via  Facebook Chat to support. Please do not send your purchased item back without notifying us.

How can I refund an item?

First, please follow the steps for returning. Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will send you back the money in the next 48 hours.

How can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at shop@givemeapawlb.org or contact us through Facebook Chat from our website. Depending on your location, it may take 2 to 3 days until the new item reaches its destination.
